Ordering Instructions

Step 1 — If you have not already done so, download our Adobe PDF order form by clicking on this button:

You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the form. If you do not already have this application, you can go to Adobe's web site by clicking on this button:

and following the instructions from there.

Step 2 — Print the order form and return to this page.

Step 3 — Fill in all items in the address, phone number and e-mail section at the top of the form.

Step 4 — Go to the web page that includes the item(s) you wish to order.

Step 5 — Fill in the item number, item name, price, and quantity of each item you wish to order.

Step 6 — Multiply the item price by the number of units you are ordering and fill the total amount in the "TOTAL" column Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each item you wish to order.

Step 7 — Total the prices for all of the items you are ordering and enter the total purchase amount in the last block.

Step 8 — Determine your shipping charges from the our shipping table for the type of service you wish to use. We ship by the fastest and best method available to us.  If you have a special request for shipping method, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Step 9 — Add the shipping charges to the total for the item(s) you are purchasing. This is your total order price.

Step 10 — Decide on your method of payment. We accept either VISA or MasterCard for your convenience. Please enter your name as it appears on the card, your account number, the card's expiration date, and your signature at the bottom of your order form. We will not be able to process your order unless all three blanks are completed.

Step 11 — Place your order form in an envelope and mail it to us at:

If you wish, you can contact us by e-mail after you mail your order, so that we can have it ready to go as soon as your order arrives in our store.

WHEN ORDERING:

Please fill out the order form completely to assure prompt, accurate delivery of your order.

SHIPPING:

There is a 10% shipping and handling charge on all orders under $60.00. Please include a street address, since some of our delivery services cannot deliver to post office boxes. If you require the item sooner than ground service will get it to you, please contact us for to discuss special shipping options.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

Because of the increasing costs of handling and shipping, your minimum order amount needs to be $10.00 on each order.

TERMS:

All orders require payment by credit card. Please do not send cash or checks.

PRICES:

Prices are subject to change without notice. If a price changes, we will notify you of the change before we process your order. You may opt to cancel your order at that time.

RETURNS:

We guarantee your satisfaction. Any item returned within five days will be fully refunded to your credit card. Orders returned after five days will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. No returns after ten (10) days, please.

DAMAGED GOODS:

Shipments received in a damaged condition are the carrier's responsibility. If you received a damaged item, please file your claim with the carrier.

BACK ORDERS:

If an item is out of stock, we will fill your order and ship it without the item. Any back-ordered item can be expected to arrive within four to six weeks. If you wish to cancel your order for an out-of-stock item, we will refund your money.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Gift certificates are available upon request.
